Catawba Two Kings Casino in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for its flagship Steakhouse. You will direct all front-of-house operations, lead a high-end dining team, oversee wine program and VIP guest experiences, and partner with Culinary leadership to ensure exceptional service and financial performance.

The role emphasizes award-level dining, staff development, and compliance with health and liquor regulations on property.

Qualificações

Minimum 5 years in high-volume steakhouse restaurant management with at least 3 years in upscale or fine-dining environment.
Prior experience leading a restaurant with a significant wine and spirits program.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or equivalent field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Wine certification strongly preferred; ServSafe certifications required prior to starting.

Responsabilidades

Direct all FOH operations during service periods (Mon–Thu 5pm–10pm; Fri–Sun 5pm–11pm).
Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop all Steakhouse FOH staff.
Monitor service sequence, table standards, and premium guest experience protocols.
Oversee POS usage, cash controls, and audit compliance.
Handle VIP and high-limit guest relationships; coordinate private dining and wine pairings.
