Catawba Two Kings Casino's flagship steakhouse seeks a Restaurant General Manager to oversee front‑of‑house operations, guest experience, and staff leadership. The role partners with the Executive Chefs to ensure exceptional service timing, beverage curation, and quality across both casino and restaurant floors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high‑volume steakhouse management, 3+ years in upscale dining, and strong wine program oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in high‑volume steakhouse management
• At least 3 years in upscale or fine dining environment
• Wine program leadership experience strongly preferred
• Must hold ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol certifications
• Must obtain and maintain Catawba Gaming License

Responsibilities

• Direct all FOH operations (Mon–Thu 5pm–10pm; Fri–Sun 5pm–11pm)
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop FOH staff
• Oversee service standards, table maintenance, and VIP guest relations
• Supervise Sommelier; lead wine program development
• Manage FOH labor and controllable costs; produce weekly/monthly recaps
