Catawba Two Kings Casino in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and oversee day-to-day back-of-house operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in a high-volume casino kitchen.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior culinary leadership, a Culinary Arts Degree, and a proven track record of leading large teams, controlling food costs, and driving guest satisfaction in resort or casino settings.

Qualifications

Advanced understanding of kitchen operations, including productions systems, menu engineering, and team leadership.
Proven experience managing large culinary teams across multiple outlets and driving profitability.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Proficiency in food costing, recipe development software, POS, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under high-pressure guest situations.
