Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred; relevant experience welcomed.
• Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverages.
• Effective communication with management, guests, and team members.
• Team building and ability to develop a culinary team.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Execute menus in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain recipes to meet core standards.
• Ensure team delivers heartfelt hospitality to every guest.
• Provide tools and support for team to complete their duties.
• Maintain show quality standards at all times.
• Schedule and forecast team members to meet business needs.
• Mentor Sous Chefs to improve skills and leadership.
