Job summary

The Executive Sous Chef at Singer Drivers Club, Willow Springs Raceway, will lead the kitchen in the chef's absence, oversee line operations, and translate culinary vision into flawless nightly execution.

You will train the brigade, manage day-to-day ordering and food costs, ensure sanitation and safety with HACCP/ServSafe, and tailor menus to member preferences while delivering exceptional dining experiences at private events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Sous or Executive Sous Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Experience running a kitchen independently.
• Club or resort culinary experience preferred.
• Food-safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in the chef's absence and ensure line execution.
• Oversee day-to-day ordering, receiving, inventory, and food-cost management.
• Train, coach, and develop cooks in real time.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards (HACCP/ServSafe).
• Execute menu and recipe development; present dishes for tastings.
• Coordinate staffing for events and daily service.
• Ensure dietary needs and member preferences are met; high plate quality.
