Highgate Hotels is seeking a Chef De Cuisine for TradeWinds Resort in Saint Pete Beach, FL. Lead kitchen operations, ensure quality and cost controls, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Director of F&B to design menus, oversee daily production, enforce SOPs, and uphold health standards while maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability.

Formación

• At least 5 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of F&B issues as they arise.
• Inspect and enforce quality, portion control, and sanitation standards across all kitchen stations.
• Control labor and food costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Lead staff performance reviews and implement growth plans.
• Coordinate and monitor all phases of kitchen operations and daily production.
