Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead and elevate a high-volume culinary operation across multiple outlets, banquets, room service, and bars. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure quality, consistency, and hospitality standards at a premier Alabama resort.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a culinary team.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching and development of staff.

• Strong organization to manage multiple outlets and demands.
• ServSafe certifications required to comply with local codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations across the resort and outlets.
• Develop and inspire the culinary team through training and coaching.
