Water Grill is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, partner with the Executive Chef, and ensure the highest quality and hospitality. You will manage ordering, troubleshoot variances, and develop line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers while protecting product integrity and kitchen financials.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to analyze and participate in financial planning.
• Ability to communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties and set up for success.
• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
• Support preparation of all food items for meal periods and next service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of stations.
• Develop kitchen crew for cross training and promotion.
• Lead menu rollouts and recipe changes.
• Interact with Guests and address concerns.
