Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 5 years kitchen experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and direction to the staff; hires and develops kitchen team.
• Supervises kitchen staff to ensure proper cooking methods and portioning.
• Maintains schedule, inventory, and adherence to budget and policies.
• Operates in the absence of Food & Beverage Director and participates in menu development.
• Ensures product freshness and supports process improvements.
