The position offers a salary of $80,000 to $87,000 with bonus eligibility, plus comprehensive benefits. relocation to Maryland/DC area may be required for non-locals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume setting.
• Culinary degree encouraged or preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and train kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute recipes and presentations to meet company standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Schedule and forecast team needs.
• Order supplies and equipment based on business volume.
• Hire, train and mentor culinary team members.
• Support Area Chef and Director of Operations in preventive maintenance planning.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
