Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Sous Chef role located on-site in Wheaton, IL. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing staff, menu execution, food preparation, and ensuring food quality and consistency. Collaboration with the Executive Chef and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in menu execution, food preparation, and staff management

  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
