What you will do:

  • Open and close the line, perform precise line checks and facility walks, EcoSure documentation to adhere to company standards, and address any deficiencies.
  • Manage high-volume service periods from the expo or wheel position to ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
  • Perform with BOH and FOH team, conduct line checks and facility walks with proper follow-up and documentation, and participate in EcoSure & health inspections to ensure a safe environment.
  • Responsible for hiring and developing back-of-house employees; manage their schedules and report payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws.
  • Partner with EC on managing the P&L to maximize profits through food cost management, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance.
  • Assist in ordering and invoicing of products.
  • Maintain open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to TFK guidelines.

  • Have a strong passion for culinary excellence and are exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • Are resilient in stressful situations and can handle last-minute requests.
  • Have more than 3 years of experience as a chef, contributing to the success of a high-volume restaurant.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
  • Are caring, self-motivated, and exhibit leadership, coaching, and excellence-driving skills.
