Job Summary

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will lead culinary operations, ensure food safety standards, inspire your team, and deliver impressive dishes that enhance guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute recipes and presentations to meet company standards.
  2. Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols.
  3. Schedule and forecast team needs.
  4. Order supplies and equipment based on business volume.
  5. Train and mentor culinary team members.
  6. Support Director of Operations in preventive maintenance planning.
Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of experience in culinary management.
  2. Culinary degree preferred.
  3. Proficiency in evaluating food quality and presentation.
  4. Effective communication skills.
  5. Experience managing and developing kitchen staff.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
