We are a Very high volume kitchen with Very high food quality standards. The Executive sous chef is primarily responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Creates and maintains a rigorous production schedule
  • Monitors quality of food preparation and presentation and makes adjustments or corrections as needed
  • Assist in the development of menu items
  • Assists to standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Works with management to create a memorable experience for guests
  • Maintains sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous management experience in high volume catering or restaurants
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
