Kick your culinary career into high gear with Eurest. We are seeking a growth minded, guest centric Chef Manager to join our dynamic American Airlines lounge team (DFW airport based). Please note - this role demands a culinary professional who is as comfortable in front of the guests as they are "behind the scenes." This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced culinarian to expand into a food & beverage leadership role with a stellar team. Supporting the Admirals Clubs and Flagship Lounge, our Chef Manager is an integral partner to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

• Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
• Partners with the client to deliver quality on site catered events, as demanded by the operation
• Possesses a passion for sustainability and quality ingredients
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable; must be systems savvy and comfortable utilizing technology on a daily basis
