Job summary

Replit is seeking an Executive Social Media Specialist to craft a premium, founder-focused personal brand across visual channels, centered on Instagram. This contract role demands hands-on shooting, editing, and rapid publishing, with travel to events and moments as they occur.

You’ll develop documentary storytelling around the founder’s journey, entrepreneurship, and global perspective, while partnering with Marketing and Communications to maintain credibility and distinct personal branding.

Qualifications

Proven experience producing premium photography and video content for executives, founders, public figures, or creators.
Portfolio demonstrates documentary-style storytelling beyond short-form trends.
Comfortable with travel and real-world moments as they happen.
Strong judgment on tone, positioning, and long-term credibility.

Responsibilities

Own photography, videography, editing, and publishing across official social channels.
Travel with the CEO to capture speaking engagements, interviews, awards, and meetings.
Develop premium, documentary storytelling that prioritizes real moments over manufactured content.
Build presence on Instagram and other visual mediums through high-quality photography and video.
Maintain brand guardrails, prioritizing credibility and long-term influence over trend-chasing.
