Job summary

Replit is seeking an Executive Social Media Specialist to craft a premium, long‑term personal presence for the founder across visual channels, chiefly Instagram. This is an all‑in-one creative operator role, requiring on‑site travel with the CEO to capture moments, edit quickly, and publish polished content without a large production team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing premium photography and video content for an executive or public figure.
• A portfolio demonstrating documentary-style storytelling, not just short-form trend content.
• Willingness to travel to capture real-world moments with the CEO.
• Ability to work independently across capture, edit, and publish.
• Familiarity with platform-specific storytelling on Instagram and other visual mediums.
• Discretion and professionalism when close to executive and personal moments.
• Experience building a personal or executive brand is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own photography, videography, editing, and publishing across official social channels.
• Travel with the CEO to capture engagements, interviews, awards, and meetings.
• Develop premium, documentary-style storytelling focusing on real moments.
• Build presence on Instagram and other visual platforms with premium content.
• Maintain brand guardrails and credibility over trend-chasing content.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications while keeping focus on the personal brand.
• Move concepts to final execution independently with fast turnaround.
