Job summary

Solidus Labs, based in New York with hybrid work arrangements, is seeking a Senior Social Media Lead to run the company’s organic social program. You will ghostwrite in leaders’ voices, grow personal brands, and engage crypto, finance, and AI communities across major platforms.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to shape topics, surface engagement opportunities, and drive brand and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years growing corporate and executive brands on social media in finance, crypto, or AI.
• Proven track record of social copy that breaks through.
• Experience ghostwriting for executives with distinct voices.

Responsibilities

• Run Solidus’s organic social program across LinkedIn, X, and other channels.
• Ghostwrite for the founder and executives and advise on positioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to guide topics and conversations and convert into brand and pipeline impact.
