StraitSys Inc. is seeking a SME Executive-Level Business Analyst to support the FBI in Quantico, Virginia.

You will provide technical, managerial, and administrative guidance to the Project Manager, applying process development and performance improvement methods to drive organizational improvements. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, defining measurements, and delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and active Top Secret clearance (SCI access may be required).
• 15+ years of specialized experience in the functional area, with substitution possible by education.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, managerial, and administrative expertise to the PM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across processes, facilities, and levels to define objectives and KPIs.
• Analyze and document functional requirements and business processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop change management strategies and actionable deliverables (communications, roadmaps, training).
• Prepare site-specific reports to support decision making and risk awareness.
• Track performance with KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards to drive accountability.
