Job summary

StraitSys Inc. seeks an SME Executive-Level Business Analyst to support the FBI in Quantico, Virginia. You will provide technical, managerial, and administrative advice to the PM, focusing on process development and performance improvement across the organization.

You will analyze business processes, develop measurement solutions, and help implement changes with KPIs, dashboards, and change management plans to drive accountability and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active Top Secret Clearance; may be required to obtain SCI access.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Master's or doctorate degree preferred.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of specialized experience in the functional area.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, managerial, and administrative advice to the Project Manager concerning the functional area under study.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurement solutions and implement business processes to drive performance.
• Analyze and measure effectiveness of existing business processes and determine how new information technologies can support improvements.
• Prepare and analyze management and site-specific reports to meet stakeholder needs and support decision making.
• Create deliverables such as a communication plan, roadmap, training plan, or resistance management plan.
