SMX is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to anchor the FBI Finance & Facilities Division BI program. The role is on-site in Washington, DC, requiring an active Top-Secret clearance.
Responsibilities span requirements engineering, data storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and Agile leadership to deliver high-impact dashboards and reports. You will translate federal processes into technical specs, train end users, and collaborate with BI developers to ensure timely delivery of enterprise
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a Business/Systems Analyst in federal contracting space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with client-facing training ability.
- Functional translators who convert federal processes into technical specs, data blueprints, and user stories.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with federal stakeholders and translate into technical specs and user stories.
- Collaborate with developers to design and validate executive dashboards and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary interface between implementation teams and FBI division leadership.
- Develop end-user documentation and lead trainings for self-service BI adoption.
- Drive Agile workstreams, backlog prioritization, and sprint alignment with milestones.
