Acquire4Hire LLC in Nashville seeks a Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations, staff supervision, facilities, curriculum development, and long-range planning to ensure a safe, healthy, and high-quality educational experience for all children in our care.

You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, foster strong parent and community relationships, and lead strategic initiatives aligned with our nonprofit mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in early childhood education; 30+ ECE credits
• Must pass background check
• Must pass health screening
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong finance and budgeting capabilities
• Solid understanding of child development
• Team player able to work with staff, children, and parents
• Strong oral and written communication and technology skills
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience; 5 years direct ECE experience
• High energy and commitment to quality care

Responsabilités

• Maintain open communication with parents via meetings, newsletters, and the parent handbook, plus community outreach
• Ensure curriculum is well-managed with staff and regulatory compliance
• Manage student records per enrollment procedures and guidelines
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies ensuring compliance
• Maintain a well-planned budget and ensure center operates within means
• Resolve conflicts fairly and promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment with illness and emergency procedures
• Oversee development and implementation of the center's strategic plan and mission alignment
• Pursue ongoing professional development for staff and leadership growth
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
