Siege Media is a remote-first GEO agency recognized on Inc. Best Workplaces and Inc. 5000 lists. We seek an SEO/GEO Team Lead who owns client relationships, strategy, and end-to-end delivery with no direct reports. Responsibilities include building roadmaps, optimizing pages, and presenting outcomes to clients.

You will analyze data from multiple tools, coordinate content and technical work, and drive AI-enabled optimization for diverse industries. Remote-friendly role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Own SEO/GEO strategy end-to-end for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own clients end to end: build their SEO/GEO strategy, execute the deliverables, and lead client calls to present completed work and explain its impact.
• Ideate SEO/GEO roadmaps based on KPIs, audits, and industry expertise.
• Suggest and implement SEO/GEO best practices across industries including eCommerce, Fintech and SaaS.
• Audit and optimize high-value pages balancing rankings, AI citation and conversions.
• Read and interpret site code to identify technical SEO/GEO issues like speed, architecture, crawling or indexing.
• Create summarized checklists for deliverables showing opportunity, lift and ownership for developers and clients.
• Coordinate and oversee SEO/GEO content creation with optimized briefs and web copy across verticals.
• Run weekly analyses (GSC, GA, Ahrefs, Pee AI) and compile client reports with insights and next steps.
• Create visuals in Google Slides/Sheets/Docs to drive recommendations.
• Brainstorm tests to improve AI/search presence and user experience.
• Stay updated on SEO/GEO industry changes and communicate improvements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Do whatever it takes to grow the online presence of our clients
