Stand Together is seeking a Security Manager to safeguard its Washington, DC-based facility, events, personnel, and operations. You will develop security plans, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate executive protection to ensure safe and secure organizational activities.

The role requires strong protective services experience, sound judgment, and the ability to identify risks and implement practical security solutions. In-person work with approximately 15% travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in executive protection, security planning, and protective services.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Strong knowledge of physical security concepts, access control, surveillance, and related systems.
• Experience coordinating security for facilities, events, or high-profile engagements.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
