Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Executive Search Director | Legal | REMOTE

Salary $50k-$90k base + up to 70% commission.

Join an established, fully remote legal executive search firm. Leverage your law degree (no practice required!) to place top talent at leading US law firms.

Earn a competitive base + uncapped 50-70% commission! Join a collaborative team of 9 and growing.

You'll thrive if you:

• Preferred but not essential: Have a law degree from a reputable school (no practical experience necessary).
• Excel at full-desk recruitment (new client wins & passive candidate sourcing).
• Expertise in a recruiting for professional industry such as legal, Accounting & Finance, Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Audit, Risk & Compliance, any Executive Search background, etc.
• Consistently bill over $300k annually.
