Our client is an established organization that focuses on providing services to community banks and credit unions. They are on a confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager in New England.

Job Description:
  • The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with executing on prospecting and sales targets throughout their assigned region.
  • The Regional Sales Manager will run a full sales cycle, which includes prospecting and networking to set meetings, running discovery and client presentations with prospective clients, and closing business.
  • The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable negotiating contracts and leveraging internal resources and consultants when needed - this is a consultative sales process where the expectation is to close 4-5 new deals a year.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with experience presenting in person.
  • Experience selling services or products to local and regional banks and credit unions required.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% throughout the New England Region as needed to meet with customers.
Location:

This is a remote, field-based sales position where candidates must be based in the Greater Boston / New England Region with an expectation of spending at least 3 days a week in the field with customers.

Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Total Comp: $115,000 - $150,000
