Qualifications

5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership.
7+ years of recruiting with passive engineering candidate generation in a high-tech market.
7+ years of recruiting in engineering, technical operations, and product management.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines.
Experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

Map technical leadership at target companies and research labs to identify Principal Scientists aligned with Amazon's initiatives.
Craft multi-channel engagement strategies and build warm introductions to passive candidates.
Advise VPs on search parameters, conduct screens with renowned scientists, and coach hiring managers on candidate engagement.
Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting insights about emerging talent pools.
