• Minimum of three years demonstrated successful leadership in an administrative position.

• Effective organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills with students, parents and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and direction to staff.
• Supervise and observe instructional programs and practices; coach and mentor staff.
• Hire, evaluate, and terminate staff as needed.
• Liaise with the Board of Directors and Management Company; provide reports.
• Establish high standards for student and staff performance and behavior; ensure safety and order.
