Goliath Technologies is seeking an Executive Sales Support Specialist to assist with high-level sales initiatives and partnership efforts. As the Executive Sales Support Specialist, you will work directly with company leadership to support high-level sales, business development, and strategic partnership efforts. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the center of executive-level initiatives, playing a critical role in preparing for and participating in meetings with C-level executives, key clients, and potential partners.
You will be responsible for organizing meeting logistics, creating polished presentations, and managing follow-up communications with all stakeholders. In this highly visible role, attention to detail, business acumen, and professionalism are essential. You’ll help drive strategic conversations forward by synthesizing key insights, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the executive in delivering a best-in-class experience for external stakeholders.
Position Highlights:
· Participate with the CEO/VP on calls with clients and partners.
· Populate call notes & contacts into Salesforce.
· Coordinate action items from calls with clients, partners, and internal departments.
· Collaborate with internal and external partners to complete sales related projects.
· Create and edit power points as needed.
· Maintain a database of call notes from current and potential customers.
· Research call participants & companies prior to meetings.
· Gain a working understanding of the products and market over time.
Requirements:
· 1+ years of experience in sales support or a related sales position preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
· Exceptional listening and customer service skills.
· Able to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
