Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Executive Client Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to a select group of our top-tier clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and success by leveraging deep expertise in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space, with a specific focus on the iSolved platform. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a proven track record of managing high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a small portfolio of our most valued clients, delivering tailored, white-glove support.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of the iSolved platform to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and optimize client workflows.
  • Proactively identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and implement effective resolutions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address escalated issues and enhance client outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, solutions, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and best practices to maximize the value clients derive from our services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HCM industry, with hands-on expertise in the iSolved platform (required).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HCM processes and how they integrate with the iSolved platform.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Desk/Teamwork.com software) is a plus.
