The role focuses on reducing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a culture of safety excellence throughout the organization.

The Executive leader will guide safety programs, mentor teams, and partner with senior leaders to align safety with business goals and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant safety management knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for executive-level collaboration.
• Proven experience in construction safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy and establish vision for safety across projects.
• Oversee safety managers and coordinate across multiple locations.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

Education
