Qualifications

• 12+ years in wholesale/credit risk, finance, or risk analytics in large financial institutions/consulting.
• 5+ years leading executive reporting/governance for senior forums.
• Deep Financial Services expertise in Credit Risk Management, Wholesale Banking products, Strategy or product/process transformation.
• Executive-level communicator and influencer who drives outcomes without formal authority.
• Sound judgment, independent decision-making, and trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Operational discipline: governance, deadlines, planning and time management; program/change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pipeline of wholesale credit risk executive content—from agenda setting to production for Board and Risk Committees.
• Maintain forward calendar of executive content updates for Board and Sr. Executive forums.
• Extract and analyze wholesale credit data, translating analysis into executive content and infographics.
• Design and deliver executive content for governance bodies and offsites with precise information for senior leadership.
• Drive program management across multiple deliverables with disciplined timelines and quality checks.
• Manage and develop team, coach on crafting executive-level presentations.
• Partner with stakeholders across levels and businesses within the credit risk organization.
• Demonstrate exceptional judgement, problem solving, and resourcefulness.
