Qualifications

• 12+ years in wholesale/credit risk, finance, or risk analytics in large institutions or consulting.
• 5+ years leading executive reporting/governance for senior forums.
• Deep Financial Services expertise in Credit Risk Management and Wholesale Banking.
• Executive-level communicator and influencer who drives outcomes.
• Sound judgment with trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Strong governance, deadlines, and program/change leadership skills.
• Ability to craft concise executive-level presentations and communications.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end wholesale credit risk executive content—from agenda setting to production for Board and committees.
• Maintain forward calendar of executive content updates with committee secretaries.
• Extract and analyze wholesale credit data; translate into executive content and infographics.
• Design and deliver executive content for governance bodies and offsites.
• Drive program management excellence across multiple deliverables with disciplined timelines.
• Manage and develop the team; provide coaching on executive-grade presentations.
• Partner with stakeholders across levels and lines of business within credit risk.
• Demonstrate judgment, problem solving and resourcefulness in complex scenarios.
