Job summary

Jonus Group seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its Risk Management team. This full-time role markets, processes, and sells all lines of commercial insurance, providing technical expertise for top-tier client service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in insurance, hold or obtain a P&C license within 3 months, and aim for CPCU/CIC/CRM/ARM designations. Strong communication and EPIC experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior insurance industry experience, with preference for 5+ years in Professional Lines.
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, and ability to analyze coverage forms.
• Proficiency with insurance software, specifically EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce submissions for various insurance coverages, including complex coverages.
• Analyze and compare policies to ensure optimal client coverage.
• Assist in quoting new and renewal business, focusing on Executive Risk and middle-market accounts.
• Understand major coverages (General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Comp, Property, Business Income, Umbrella).
• Interpret loss information, forecasting, collateral, and accruals.
• Provide technical support to Sales Executives and collaborate with internal teams.
• Pursue professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CRM, or ARM.
