The role supports ERS claim intake, submission, and document management while coordinating communications between clients, insurers and the placement team. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and strong communication, organizational, and client service skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented work style and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

We are currently looking to add a Claims Analyst position within our Executive Risk Solutions practice group. Primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

• Knowledge of claims submission processes and policy requirements

• Experience supporting claims advocacy efforts on behalf of policyholders
• Understanding of insurance coverage analysis and policy interpretation
• Exposure to negotiations with insurance carriers regarding defense arrangements and staffing

Salary Range

$45,000—$60,000 USD
