Caesars Entertainment’s Gordon Ramsay Steak in Kansas City is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor/Sous Chef to lead the culinary team, plan menus, schedule staff, and maintain quality during peak hours. The role involves interviewing, hiring, and training employees, plus ensuring cost control and adherence to safety standards.

You will oversee inventory, supervise cooks, and drive excellence in food preparation while fostering a collaborative, high-performance kitchen culture at Caesars.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as a Sous Chef plus 3 years in another food preparation position
• Proven ability to interview, hire, train and develop kitchen staff
• Extensive knowledge of food production, safety, and sanitation standards
• Experience controlling food costs and inventory management
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
