Job summary

UKG seeks a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of enterprise-level executive reviews and dashboards that provide senior leaders with a concise, fact-based view of company performance and strategic initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and clear narratives. You will develop executive-ready dashboards and materials, manage the production calendar, and deliver forward-looking analyses that

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance in a tech/SaaS company.
• Experience developing company-level executive performance reporting integrating inputs from multiple functions.
• Ability to validate data and translate findings into implications using Excel/BI tools.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and storytelling for executives.
• Experience applying AI to automated reporting and dashboards.
• Strong written/presentation skills for senior leadership with clear decisions.
• Strategic judgment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• MBA or advanced degree in strategy/finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise executive reporting framework, cadence, standards, and content requirements.
• Synthesize inputs into narratives explaining key drivers and actions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and teams to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and visually clear.
• Manage the reporting calendar, review process, and deep-dives for accuracy and alignment.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications for decision support.
• Improve templates and tools to reduce manual effort and enhance executive communication.
