Job summary

UKG seeks a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver an enterprise-level reporting framework and dashboards for senior leaders. You will partner with Finance and Enterprise Systems to ensure data quality, craft concise narratives, and deliver executive-ready materials that inform decisions.

You will own the reporting cadence, drive data-driven insights, and elevate the quality of executive communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance in tech/SaaS.
• Experience developing executive-level performance reporting for leadership.
• Strong analytical capability with data collection, validation, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, and content for a consistent leadership view.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems and Finance to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and visually clear.
• Manage the reporting production calendar and review processes for timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses and scenarios to support strategic decisions.
