Job description

This role is remote in the West Region only (CA/CO/TX/OR/NM/AZ).

ADP is hiring an Executive Relationship Manager. In this role, you will manage HRO clients effectively, developing strategic partnerships by engaging with key decision makers to foster trust, drive retention, and enhance value throughout the client lifecycle. You will identify new service opportunities, coordinate with sales, and serve as a client advocate, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Travel is approximately 25-30% based on client needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management: Build trust with clients, develop value-based relationships, manage client expectations, resolve critical issues, and maintain satisfaction through regular communication and visits.
  2. Product Knowledge and Utilization: Maintain understanding of ADP's global products, demonstrate their value, and coordinate communication among teams for seamless service delivery.
  3. Collaboration/Partnerships: Build internal and external relationships to ensure seamless service delivery, support sales efforts, and partner with global teams for service rollout.
  4. Ownership and Leadership: Identify new service opportunities, serve as escalation point, and mentor colleagues.
  5. Human Resources Consulting & Strategic HR: Understand client HR strategies, participate in planning, and apply best practices for global HR management.
Qualifications
  • 8-10 years managing complex client relationships with multi-process HCM technology in a large organization.
  • Experience with executive and C-suite clients.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, HR, or related field.

Preferred qualifications include experience with global companies, managing large accounts, and expertise in ADP products and services.
