Responsibilities

• Full-desk recruiting of both clients and candidates with a consultative approach.
• Navigating the Internet and recruiting technology tools to find people and companies.
• Make a high volume of calls to professionals at all levels, drive deals, and create opportunities outside the box.
• Develop new business relationships in Accounting & Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• 1‑5 years or more of sales, telesales, business development, consulting or recruiting experience preferred.
• Love sales, recruiting and talking to people on the phone; desire to compete and win.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion and instinct for selling and learning new industries.
