Alexander Mann Solutions Ltd. is a Texas onsite contract role focused on delivering recruitment outcomes aligned to client service levels and KPIs. You will drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns, craft sourcing strategies, and mentor teams to ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience.

You will engage with Hiring Managers, manage offers, and forecast demand while adhering to contractual obligations and SLAs, with growth opportunities across ERGs and client accounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in executive recruitment in Renewable Energy.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with clients and candidates, including Hiring Managers.
• Expertise in behavioural and competency-based interviewing.
• Track record of meeting demanding targets, ratios, and SLAs.
• Experience producing business orientated management information.
• Ability to act autonomously, including standalone responsibility for own business areas.
• Understanding of age discrimination and contractor employment risks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment services in line with contract obligations, client service levels, and KPIs.
• Drive account commercial success by meeting NFI targets and delivering target start dates.
• Create and run end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies for client requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies with hiring managers, including web sourcing and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate with sourcing and admin teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.
• Mentor sourcing and admin teams on best practices and client culture.
• Manage candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to recommend hires and manage offers and objections.
• Perform forecasting for placements based on demand and pipeline.

You will deliver recruitment outcomes aligned to client service levels and KPIs, while also helping to create direct hiring opportunities and strengthening how the team operates through mentorship and guidance. What you’ll do

• Deliver recruitment services in line with contractual obligations, client service levels, and agreed quality thresholds and KPIs.
• Drive account commercial success by meeting NFI (monthly and annual) targets, including responsibility for delivering target start dates.
• Create and run end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to support longer-term client requirements.
• Develop and agree sourcing strategies for each role or business unit with hiring managers, including web-based and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with the sourcing and admin team to support a smooth client and candidate experience.
• Mentor and guide sourcing and admin team members on best practices, client culture, and how to achieve success in their roles.
• Manage candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction throughout the recruitment experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to recommend the candidate to hire, help determine an appropriate offer, broker the offer, manage objections, and support candidates through their notice period.
• Perform forecasting for placements based on demand, changes in the client’s business, candidate pipeline, and trends in business demand.

What you bring

• Previous experience in executive recruitment in Renewable Energy.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with clients and candidates, including Hiring Managers, and resolving issues.
• Expertise in behavioural and competency-based interviewing.
• Track record of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios, and SLAs.
• Experience producing business orientated management information.
• Ability to understand clients’ business context and strategies and how they influence AMS Service Delivery.
• Ability to act autonomously, including potential standalone responsibility for own business areas.
• Thorough understanding of relevant legislation (for example age discrimination and employment risks for contractors).
• Expertise in candidate sourcing strategies such as web sourcing, networking, advertising, and database searching.

Compensation & location

This contract position is based in Texas (onsite) with a salary range of USD 78,565 - 118,900 per yearly.

Initial expected remuneration is US: USD 78,565 - 103,400. For New York, the range is 90,300 - 118,900, plus applicable benefits including Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, and Performance Bonus.
