CSG Talent in Downtown Tampa is expanding and recruiting Recruitment Consultants to join our new office. You will build relationships, drive sales, and succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment with a global leader and a startup feel.

We are CSG Talent, we are independent, agile, and people-centric, and due to continued success and growth, we are recruiting for Recruitment Consultants to join our new and growing Tampa office!

You will get the benefit of working with a Global leading business with years of experience operating in the US, but with a start-up feel as we expand, right in the heart of Downtown Tampa.

We are looking to bring in a few excellent individuals to join our team and work alongside CSG colleagues with years of experience who are relocating to Tampa to kick-start our expansion.

Location: Fifth Third Centre, Downtown Tampa

Start date: July 2026

Earnings: Competitive base salary and uncapped commission with the target to earn 5 x your salary

• Proven track record of success in a sales role; meeting and exceeding targets, working to daily KPI's, held accountable for your own
• Ideally a minimum of 1 year in a sales or business development after graduation
• Consider yourself a people's person: a natural flair for relationship building and strong communication skills are essential in this role
• Proactive in approach: we need candidates who want to learn and are hungry to develop and succeed in this market
• Resilience: the ability to dust yourself off and jump straight back in when things get tough
• A team player: the importance of being in it together is important to us as that's the only way we will continue to grow.
