Job summary

Oscar Health in New York is hiring an Executive Recruiter to own and execute executive searches within the Talent Acquisition team. This role reports to the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting and requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the New York office.

You will lead full life cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers, conduct on-site interviews, and negotiate complex compensation packages. Eligible for benefits and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience within Executive Recruiting.
• 3+ years of leading VP+ level searches.
• 1+ years of project management experience; the ability to follow-through on individual and team-wide goals, plans and projects.
• 1+ years experience building, and executing, strategies for staffing projects.
• 1+ years of experience pulling insights from data, and utilizing insights to advise hiring leaders, and influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle executive searches by developing the sourcing and recruiting strategies across select/designated functional areas
• Calibrating candidates with hiring managers
• Developing those prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing initial assessment (Pitch Calls)
• Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports
• Conducting on-site interviews and participating in debriefs; performing reference checks and creatively negotiating complex executive compensation packages.

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

About the role:

The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for owning and executing executive level searches. This person will need to be well-versed in the full life cycle executive search process (including candidate generation and development, senior client management and offer/negotiation.)

You will report into the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting.

Work Location:

This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $135,000 - $215,00, per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
