Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with proven record of high achievement.
• Five (5) years of real estate banking experience or equivalent in the industry vertical.
• Advanced knowledge of traditional banking and Real Estate Capital Markets products.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and execution support to senior bankers; develops financial models and profitability analyses.
• Leads and trains a team of analysts and associates.
• Manages client relationships and prospecting opportunities.
• Conducts company and industry research to generate strategic ideas for clients.
• Prepares client-related materials: quotes, pitches, proposals and analyses.
• Participates in client meetings and internal product partner discussions.
• Manages multiple projects and collaborations across teams.
