Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Vanguard, seeks a Protective Intelligence Analyst to manage threat intake and initial assessments for executive protection. This role delivers timely, decision-ready intelligence under pressure.

You will triage alerts, document decisions, and produce weekly intelligence summaries, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong OSINT and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, security studies, psychology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of three years in intelligence analysis, GSOC/watch operations, journalism/research, or military/law-enforcement analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume queue with accuracy and documented decisions.
• Strong OSINT skills across open sources to locate, verify, and assess credibility.
• Comfort with reading concerning content and escalating appropriately.
• High ethical standards and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leaders under pressure.
• Proven ability to think critically with incomplete or conflicting information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily alert and intake queues from feeds, referrals, and regional routing.
• Triage items against criteria; disposition as unfounded or open cases.
• Provide coverage during exec travel and events; escalate as needed.
• Maintain watchlist hygiene and fine-tune OSINT feeds.
