Security Industry Specialists, Inc. seeks an Off-Duty Officer in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on advanced planning, threat assessment, and problem-solving, supporting multiple divisions including Retail, Special Operations, and Operations.

The ODO protects clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to high-profile events and executives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of law enforcement experience, POST certification, CCW, firearms requalification or training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of law enforcement experience.
• Active/retired law enforcement experience.
• POST certification.
• Active CCW and Exposed Firearms permits.
• Proof of annual firearms requalification or training.
• State guard certification as prescribed by law.
• Must be dependable with strong customer service.
• Domestic and/or international travel up to 50% of time.
• Ability to work any shift (Mon-Sun) and overtime as needed.
