Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Off-Duty Officer (ODO) to provide a secure environment for clients across various settings, including on-site protection and executive protection.

The role emphasizes advanced planning, threat assessment, and problem-solving within a high-stakes security team. You will manage stress, deliver exceptional client service, and support multiple divisions while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of law enforcement experience.
• Active/retired law enforcement.
• POST certification.
• Active CCW and Exposed Firearms permits.
• Proof of annual firearms requalification OR annual firearms training course.
• Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by state law.
• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Domestic and/or International Travel up to 50% of time may be required.
• Ability to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed.

Responsibilities
