The role focuses on advanced planning, threat assessment, and problem-solving, with duties ranging from executive protection to on-site security. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, law enforcement background, POST certification, and firearms credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years of law enforcement experience.
• Active/retired law enforcement.
• POST certification.
• Active CCW and Exposed Firearms permits.
• Proof of annual firearms requalification OR annual firearms training.
• State guard certification as prescribed by state law.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.
• Flexible to work any shifts including weekends.
• High level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and secure environment for clients and assets.
• Conduct threat assessment and preventive planning.
• Executive protection and on-site security operations.
• Observe for unusual activity and respond to emergencies.
• Support investigation and surveillance tasks.
• Coordinate with team across divisions as needed.
