Crisis24 – Private Strategic Group (PSG) seeks an Executive Protection Agent in California who will provide elite protection for executives and staff while maintaining discretion and exceptional service. You will respond to threats, oversee security infrastructure, and coordinate with protective teams to safeguard people and assets in dynamic environments.

Experience in executive protection or PSD, valid CA Guard Card, and willingness to travel are essential; academy training and background

Qualifications

• Experience in executive protection or protective security detail (PSD) for high-profile individuals.
• Valid California Guard Card is required; Exposed Firearm Permit is REQUIRED.
• U.S. Passport & Driver's License; willingness to travel as needed.
• Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy certification preferred; pre-hire PR T may be required.
• Background investigation and random drug screening are part of the pre-employment process.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection and a visible, professional security presence.
• Respond to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within client environments.
• Oversee security systems, access control, and surveillance to ensure operational integrity.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate with leadership promptly.
• Assist protective teams in advance planning, transportation, and on-site support.
• Enforce access, photography, and restricted-area protocols with professionalism.

• Collaborate with visiting teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protection.

YOUR MISSION

As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure, including locks, cameras, and access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advance walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST)

Certifications & Credentials:

• Valid California Guard Card
• Exposed Firearm Permit REQUIRED
• U.S. Passport & Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• American Heart Association BLS ProviderORHeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy preferred
• Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
• Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)
• Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience

• LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
• EMT license strongly considered, but not required
• Familiarity with Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
