Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to serve as a centralized operations leader for the global Executive Protection program.

This role focuses on translating program direction into repeatable execution, coordinating protective services for C-suite and Board activities, and partnering across security, executive support, and external providers. You will drive scalable infrastructure, standardized processes, and risk-informed planning, with travel up to 40% and periodic work in Indiana

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Executive Protection or related security field.
• Experience coordinating complex, high-stakes projects with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting executive travel, security logistics, protective advances, or other security operations.
• Vendor-management experience including contracts, invoicing, SLAs, KPIs.
• Experience developing operational processes, security plans, workflows, audits, or training programs.
• Strong technology proficiency including Microsoft Office and AI tools, security systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate protective services for C-suite and Board travel, meetings, and events.
• Develop standardized processes, protocols, tools, and workflows for travel planning and protective operations.
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate security providers with KPIs and performance measures.
• Serve as operational conduit among Executive Protection, Executive Assistants, and external partners.
• Analyze issues to implement improvements increasing reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop security plans and training programs to support risk-informed execution.
